Windcrest Council motion Directs the Mayor

 Windcrest Councilman Jacobi is now making motions "Directing" the Mayor to do thing and giving him a deadline to accomplish the task.  August 28, 2018.

Signatures from Ghosts?

  The San Antonio Express News ran an article about a Recall Petition in Windcrest, Tx having signatures from deceased residents.

 Nearly 100 forged signatures were also on the three petitions according to sources.  The Petition Committee members are John Gretz, Michael Eyhorn and Ronald Armes. The three councilman supporting the petition are Gerd Jacobi, James McFall and Jim Shelton.  The councilman's wives, Edith Jacobi and Bel McFall traveled by golf cart to gather signatures at the direction of their husbands.  John Gretz, the Petition Committee chairman stated he had No Clue how deceased signatures made the petition. 

Humiliation in Windcrest

 The Recall Petition Committee consists of John Gretz, Michael Eyhorn and Ronald Armes with assistance from Edith Jacobi and Bel McFall (names sound familiar?)  Yes, Councilman Gerd Jacobi and James McFall enlisted their wives to canvas Windcrest seeking signatures for the recall petition.

  Problem!  Citizens were not signing the Recall Petition for the newly elected Mayor and councilpersons.  

  The committee had to improvise quickly.  A hand written note was scribbled with headings of Street Repair and Economic Development Issues.  

  All citizens want the streets fixed, that's common knowledge.

  The committee then gathered more signatures using Street Repair and Economic Development Issues as the reason for distributing the petition.  Some say, if the lips are moving it's a lie!
