According to financial entries the previous WEDC Director was paid for a Professional Video Services project and Windcrest Lite Up function.
Paying $13,541.67 to Mr. Robert Colunga should be criminal itself. Colunga is pending trial on felony charges, but meanwhile Windcrest pays Colunga over $13,000?
Robert Colunga's partner in this law suit, a Thomas Pittman is also going to trial.
Did you know Thomas Pittman was also hired by Mayor Baxter! Pittman was paid $2888.88 every two weeks. That's a huge salary folks. $2888.99 x 26 pay periods = $75110.88.

This pending trial is missing third party, Alan Baxter. He hired Pittman and has paid Colunga as late as 2017.
