Bugle Crew and McFall Facts

On Dec 4 2017, CCM the reason given for the new Bugle Crew was "Liability".  That's a lie folks, the whole reason for the new Bugle Crew it the council did not get their way!  Like McFall said, we asked the previous Association many time, never got the info.  Yet Windcrest FYI has the letter detailing the proceeds addressed to Mayor Baxter and CC to the CM.  Now McFall claims they never received the information.  Meanwhile, this blogger went on the web and found the last three years of tax filings of the previous Association!  It's all in the filings.  Amounts for Gala, amounts for Pinic, Fill the Boot, everything.  McFall wants the info Spoon Fed it seems.  McFall and the Council have the same capabilities as this blogger to search the web and find the FACTS.  According to sources the new Bugle Crew will let the Bank determine how much was collected by counting what gets Deposited.  Yes, you read correctly.  The Bugle Crew will NOT count the donations during Fill the Boot, they (who?) will use the night deposit at the Bank, then  the Bank count will determine what was collected.  Now this is a cool Ploy.  During the Elections, ALL the workers at the polls sign the results tape BEFORE it leaves the poling site.  The Bugle Crew should do the same.  Everyone collecting money for the night should sign the Money Count, BEFORE it goes to the bank.

Truth about Schedule G and Money.

Mayor Baxter said the Volunteer Fire Association was missing 10's of thousands of Dollars, that's a fact.  He also said the WVFD failed to give Donors a Schedule G.

Truth:  The WVFA Files a schedule G with their Federal Taxes.  This is from the IRS site.

About Schedule G (Form 990 or 990EZ)
Information about Schedule G (Form 990 or 990-EZ), Supplemental Information Regarding Fundraising or Gaming Activities, including recent updates, related forms and instructions on how to file. Organizations that file Form 990 or Form 990-EZ use this schedule to report professional fundraising services, fundraising events, and gaming.
The part he did not speak about was:  A donor wrote a $5,000 check the Volunteer Fire Association for the Maps.  The finance director indicated the $5,000 check was deposited into a city account.  Chief responded,  "The Volunteer Fire Association needs that check for our schedule G.

As for the Money statement.  Who reported money missing, besides Baxter?  Who conducted an investigation besides Baxter?  Who was charged IF these were Facts?  This description really sums up the entire issue. "Pathological liars lie to achieve their goal and they don’t care in the least about hurting the feelings of others. It’s not a habit such as the compulsive liar; rather it is meticulously planned, and malicious as needed. They don’t care if you get hurt. It is all about them, and their bigger than God feelings about themselves."

See the heading on the schedule G filed with the WVFA Taxes below.

James McFall and John Gretz have voted to "Fleece" the residents of Windcrest by voting yes on all the issues below.  They don't think for themselves, they just vote as the mayor directs.  He hold short meetings with three council members at a time.  I have seen the video.

Purchased 10 acre of water rights @ $70,000, said they would transfer to Water District.  Did Not happen

Contractor paid some $20,000+ then hid the payments in Special Legal Fees.

Another Contractor paid $1500 without a contract and hid the payments in Special Legal Fees.

Contractors work additional hours in exchange for City Health benefits.  Those hours cover the cost of the medical, but NOT the $4,000+ HSA each employee gets.  Oops, that was changed from employee to anyone receiving city health benefits.

Contractors given a Stipend along with all city employees.  Stipends were originally for city employees, then changed to say those receiving city health benefits.

McFall and Gretz both voted FOR each of the above examples.

It's time for a change at City Hall.  Get the two McFall and Gretz off council.  They hardly ever contribute any dialog to motions.  I believe Jake mentioned once, "We know how we are going to vote before we start the meeting."  Need more be said.

Get out and Vote.. Stop the Fleecing of Windcrest.

McFall, quotes FALSE Information

During the Dec 4, 2017 City Council meeting Councilman James McFall defended his agenda item for changing City Council meeting to ONE per Month, on the 3rd Monday.  McFall stated: The City Charter says, One meeting per month to be held on the 3rd Monday.  When asked where in the Charter was this written.  MCFall, declared "It's up to you to find it!"
This is the normal "intimidation" employed by the previous council.  McFall was talking out of back side, because the Charter states NO SUCH THING as was Noted by new councilwoman Joan Pedrotti during the discussion of the agenda item.
McFall, Jacobi and Shelton took turns making Motions to Table agenda item after agenda item!  You have to watch the video to understand the mayhem.
The one Major agenda item concerned the Windcrest Volunteer Fire Department, Bugle Crew.  Seems there is something AMISS in the organizations filings.  Without offering any additional information Jim Shelton motioned
Authorizing the City Manager to enforce the exclusive Authority of Windcrest Volunteer Fire Department Bugle Crew, to represent the City and WVFD in connection with Fundraising.  To include attorney fees.  This is the 1st time FUNDRAISING has been mentioned. Mmmmm??

Light up is only a few day away, Dec 9th and things are not in order.

Terminated! by Windcrest City Council

Baxter's parting shot was to see a new non profit, ie WVFD Bugle Crew formed.  It was presented to council during an agenda item that involved the WVFD Tax Status.

Baxter's council then motioned for the City Manager Authority to Negotiate and Finalize a Fire Protection agreement.  Three of his supports are still the majority on council.

Remember all the campaign promises to keep the volunteer Fire Department?  Well, they did keep the name, but they have gutted the department by removing the Association which was the heart of the Volunteer Fire Department.

The newly approved and finalized Fire Protection Agreement between Windcrest and the WVFD Bugle Crew, Terminates any and all Relationship with  WVFD Association.   The WVFD Association has raised millions of dollars since being formed, now they get a slap in the face.

Why?  All because Ex Mayor Baxter did not get his way.  Baxter demanded information from the WVFD Association and received what the law requires.  Baxter wanted more, to heck with what the law says.  He threatened to form a new Non Profit if he did not receive the information.,

Also, this new WVFD Bugle Crew may Charge any resident or property owner for the provision of any service within Windcrest.  Yes folks, you may be charged for services provided under the new Volunteer Fire Department per the new agreement.

Now our Volunteer Fireman are being told to either Join the Bugle Crew or be FIRED.  To date some 6+ fireman remained loyal to the citizens of Windcrest and have been FIRED.

During the Nov 20, 2017 City Council meeting there was a parade of Ex Volunteer fireman that told their story to council.  It's all on the Council Video.

Early Voting News Flash

Three days into the election season and Windcrest already has DRAMA!! After only 2 whole days the nonsense has begun. It seems by Wednesday Mrs. Jacobi had enough of the strained armistice so she lobbed her bombshell. The background concerning Mrs. Jacobi and last year’s election is important to explain what happened at the poll yesterday.

A year ago, during voting Mrs. Jacobi claimed she was assaulted at the polling site. She called the police, filed charges, and then showed up in a neck brace. The case was filed in Windcrest Municipal Court as a Class C misdemeanor. There was a court appearance, and from what we have ascertained from his attorney they were told that Windcrest was not going pursue the case, and it would be transferred to Bexar County for action by the District Attorney’s office if they chose to pursue it. The case has been disregarded until Mrs. Jacobi tried to breathe life into it yesterday.
At about 4:00pm while this gentleman was standing in the parking lot of Takas Park the sheriff on duty approached him and was conducting a civil and seemingly calm conversation. At no time did BCSO appear threatened If she had, I am sure she would have called for help. Dan Reese was recording the interview at the request of the gentleman being questioned and with the expressed permission of the BCSO. During the interview The WPD officers responded, “Code 3” (as they should have to a report of an officer in trouble but that response increases the potential for accidents do to the speed involved). It became apparent that the Bexar County Officer was not in distress, and she had the entire situation under control. Additionally, since there were 4 WPD officers who responded, Windcrest was left without police for a time due to a false 911 call. There was an incident that was similar last year when Jake Jacobi called the police to the Reese Home when they were not needed. Additionally, after the fact, it was reported that the BCSO dealt with the entire matter in a very professional and respectful manner. One must wonder why a call was made to Windcrest PD relaying false information.
That is not the only problem with this whole situation. What caused the mayhem yesterday? Well that one we can answer. It seems that, yesterday, more than a year after the initial incident, Mrs. Jacobi went to an attorney and signed an affidavit stating she was “in fear for her safety”. She alleged no current incident on which to base this fear. Her only complaint was the alleged assault from last year. Here is the rub … On September 22, 2017 in a Herald article concerning the decision to move the election from Takas Park to a public school right down the street, Mrs. Jacobi was quoted as saying, “despite the incident that she feels safe at the park and wants polling to remain there”
Additionally, the Temporary Restraining Order requires the gentleman to stay 1000 yards away from the Jacobi’s. Here we have another issue. The man being accused is a Windcrest Voter, in fact after checking the records, he exercised his right the very first day of early voting. Mrs. Jacobi, who claims in her affidavit “to be working at the Takas Windcrest City Park polling place during the 2017 General Election” has not yet voted in this election. In fact, after some research, there is no indication the Mrs. Jacobi has ever voted in any election in the United States. Why would it be necessary for her to be “working the poll” if she hasn’t ever bothered to vote?

If history is any indication the antics at Takas Park have only begun. It seems like those folks clad in black and white, sporting their black and white signs, really LOVE the shades of gray!!!

Street Repair Sham

Noticed long overdue road repair on Midcrown this week. Figured the street committee was trying to save face and actually repair some streets.
Those nice thoughts melted when I viewed the actual repairs.  LOOK. just after the patch the street is crumbling and  is now a Whoop De Do at 30 mpr.
Not sure what to call this, it's Not a repair, not even a good Patch.  If this was your driveway, you would call it a Sham.
